When you upload your audio files on our website, they are saved into our secure cloud storage. Our site is SSL Certified so your data won't get leaked from our website. We have a strict confidentiality policy and all our customer-t0-agent conversations are encrypted at both ends.

Your files are downloaded from our secure server once you upload them from there they are sent to be transcribed. Once the process is complete, all files are erased from our server and internal storage.

Although we don't guarantee the same for low-quality audio files, we do our best to ensure that the files have the highest level of accuracy possible. You can upload your files directly to our secure website. Just upload your file to our website, choose a plan and let us transcribe your files for you.

Once our transcription process is complete, you will receive your transcript through the email address you register with us. So it’s important that you re-check the information you provide us on the billing page.

When you hire Servixer for your project, you will get registered with us. So while we are working on your project you can log in to our site at any time and check your order status on your customer dashboard.

Currently we offer transcription services in English only. Servixer is planning on providing Spanish Transcription Services very soon along with other languages. So stay tuned for that!
